Rice straw, Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB), coconut fronds, coconut shells, palm fronds, cassava roots, corn cobs, corn stalks, mixed wood, wood slabs, shredded roots, and general industrial wood waste.
Raw materials are transported via a conveyor belt system and fed into either the top or front hopper of the machine.
The machine efficiently chips the materials and discharges the processed output directly underneath.
A discharge conveyor then transports the chipped materials to the next processing stage.
Customizable Capacity: Production rates can be tailored to align perfectly with specific raw material types and target output volumes.
Adjustable Output Size: Chip dimensions can be strictly controlled—typically ranging from 5 mm to 50 mm—or customized to meet the exact standards of biomass power plants and pulp mills.
Tailored Design: Machine configurations can be adapted to specific operational demands, including enhanced safety measures, high-precision sizing, and specific industrial applications.
